The details of a big announcement from the Ministry of Education arrived at school today. Our school has been alotted approximately $4500.00. I will be using this money at the beginning of March to buy new books and materials for the Library.
I need your help. As you, the SAM community, are the ones who will be reading these books, I would like your input into what I should buy.
Leave a comment with suggestions, and will take them into consideration when building a shopping list.

Dual language books, more picture books about various themes, and non-fiction books related to History/Geography curriculum. Migration, conflict. Also, some of the students mentioned that you were going to get Chinese manga?

ReplyDeleteCan you buy more of the Roswell High series, I read the first one in the series but you said that's the only one you have and you didn't knew about it.It's very good, you should try it. Also try to get the last novel in the series of Maximum Ride. It's very good and I would like to see what will happen to Max and the flock.

ReplyDeleteCould you buy some of the "Water" books as well? It was mentioned in Sharon's also, and Extras. For manga, could you please buy some Vampire Knight, some more Kamichama Karin (by Koge Donbo. The library so far has the first 3), and could you also buy Fushigi Yugi by Yuu Watase, and Ceres: Celestial Legend (also by Yuu Watase).

ReplyDeleteCan you buy the whole princess diaries series?? including the mini series (there's Princess Diaries, Princess in the Spotlight, Princess in Love, Princess in Waiting, Valentine Princess, Project Princess, Princess in Pink, Princees in Training, The princess Present, Party Princess, Sweet Sixteen Princess,Princess on the Brink, Princess Mia and Forever Princess :). ALSO...get the owly seris!!! and more jerry spenelli books..gosh. AND get "The Last Shot", "Stolen Moments" and Stolen Hearts"all my Michelle Martin. and...and...and o yha! get the TTYL series by Lauren Myracle.
